Swiss Watch Box

Went to this shop, maybe the guy was having a bad day. Very rude, didn't seem to care at all. Surprised as I thought they were good.Tried a watch I saw on his online store asked about a different brand and was told if I think his prices are high add another 0 to that watch. I was not worried about his price...... very strange way to treat a customer. Won't go back there.

Purchased my first Rolex from Swiss Watch Box today.I went in twice and each time, both the men assisting were patient and passed on information about the brand and knowledge of the different styles.There was no pressure to purchase at all and they were genuine in their service, giving me lots of time to make the difficult decision between two beautiful watches.Thank you so much!

Doesn’t do authentication or remove links from the watches, have called to ask about this over a period of a week and he never answered his phone, I take time out of my day to come in and the guy won’t even look at me in they eye and is more focused on his computer while I’m trying to talk to him, won’t be coming back here that’s for sure

Firstly, I have to say that I purchased a Rolex 114060 from the Swiss Watch Box a couple of years ago and was very happy with the experience and love the watch. Today I returned to look at another watch that I'm looking at purchasing as a gift to myself, having just sold my business. The watch is $50, 000 new and I'm know that it will be more than that in this market. But, I was happy to purchase this due to current travel conditions. To be fair, I turned up on a Saturday at 3pm (closing time), but was able to gesture to the man inside to give me 5 minutes of his time. Well, when he opened the door, he could not have been more dismissive. I told him that I was there to see the $50, 000 + watch and did not expect him to lay down and give me the silver service treatment. I would have expected, thanks you for dropping by

Good, fast and efficient service. Have a decent selection of popular Swiss watches in good condition. I bought an Oris for a fair price, and will return for my next collectors item soon. Do try them before going elsewhere for any mid to high end watch purchase.

The owner, Darren, is rude. He does not give you any respect if you are not bringing a Rolex into his shop to sell or buying a piece. I hope his business goes bust!

A NO quibble money back or watch replacement policy means they are the ONLY place to buy from ,Very fair amicable people , good prices ,good trade in prices ,they will consider a haggle on some watches .thanks Darren .regards Gary

Exceptional service. We bought a Tudor and an Omega watch from this place. Highly recommend this place because of the staff.

By far one of my favorite watch locations in Australia. Darren has an unbelievable knowledge of horology but more than that he gives every one time and respect. Dealing wit the Box for years now and its always a pleasure. I would never buy from another source before giving Darren a chance he has never disappointed. Usually with better stock better price and always with better advice.
