Recently went using an app order for the breakfast menu, and unfortunately when picking up our order the bag ripped and spilled the food and drinks on the ground. Unfortunate right? But no biggie the lady said they'd make it again and we parked in the waiting bay.A few minutes later we were told that because the breakfast menu had ended from when we placed our original order they wouldn't remake our order that we lost through no fault of our own. For reference it was 10:35am. So 5 minutes outside of their arbitrary menu times.On top of that we were told that because it was an app order we couldn't get any sort of compensation for it and the guy telling us this didn't even know what the process of getting a refund through the app was. The process turned out to be convoluted to say the least and we won't hear back about it for up to a week apparently.So all in all, drove away from their store today $40 down and with nothing to show for it. Don't usually complain online about stuff but felt pretty mistreated that they wouldn't remake something we paid for because of their dumb menu system.

Burrito was just all rice and was cold. The attendant put my drink in the bag with the food which I found odd, I took it out straight away and realised why. It clearly hadn't been in a fridge. So food that should be hot was cold and drink which should have been cold was hot. Won't go back.

Always a long waiting time on this outlet. During our drive through today, we could barely hear the lady from the intercom as her background noise is so loud.It’s even harder to hear being outside in a car whilst it’s drizzling.We ordered a mini burrito bowl (she asked if I wanna add guacamole and sour cream I said yes) with sides of corn chips and guacamole also a regular nacho like the usual. I was surprised it comes up to $38 which is much more than it used to. While we drove up and pay it was just kids yelling away at each other so much talking. Highly unprofessional.When we got home, I got a regular size burrito bowl instead of the mini, with no sour cream and large side of guacamole.Bad service and definitely unprofessional.

Ordered dinner last night and left disappointed. The younger girl on the counter was nice, but our meals came out cold. I complained that our chips were old and cold, so i asked for fresh chips, my wife then complained that her fries nachos were cold as well, so I sent that back too. Replacements for both items were remade but the lady who gave us the replacements had zero customer service and then chips that were replaced were way over seasoned.We won't be back.

I’ve come through drive through a few times and ordered a nachos, no filling. It gets put in the register as chicken nachos minus the chicken. Multiple times now, I have found pieces of chicken in the food. If you stuff up the order, don’t just try and wipe it off. Can’t do that! Some people have dietary issues. Luckily I’m not anaphylactic.

I've been multiple times, the food can be wrong from what you have ordered many times. Cold chips Everytime.There is a pot hole in the drive thru and it's been there over a week and still not fixed.Food takes forever in drive thru as the worker who takes the orders also give you your food and it can be sitting in eyes sight for mins before the hand it out, all while other workers are standing there doing nothing, simple solution would to get them to all multi task not just the person taking orders.The picture attached is my last order that came with egg that I didn't order.

Food was great until I pulled a hair out of my mouth! I’m not a complaining person so I let it slide and kept my mouth shut. A few bites later I pulled another black long hair out of my bowl!! It’s really disappointing to see one of my favourite restaurants treat hygiene and food quality so poorly.

Young girl who served me was lovely. Food was average. I went inside to order and could clearly see the girls at the pick up window laughing and making fun, probably because of my shaved head, was very noticeable, another customer even mentioned it to me sayings it’s down right rude. Pull your heads in.

Overall a good store but I just bought a burrito yesterday and another one today, and both burritos felt like 80% white rice. I threw half of each burrito out because I couldn’t eat so much rice.
