From receptionist staff to the Radiographers so so amazing. Walk in appointments (which I was anxious about having two kids with me) but only waited 10mins. In and out within 30mins! Couldn’t ask for a better appointment!

The people from the receptionist to the radiologist were very friendly checking my personal details and confirming what they'd been told to do. The radiologist was sensitive and explained exactly what he wanted done and how he wanted things positioned to get the needed x-ray images. Best yet it's #bulkbilled

Uninviting, argumentative, unhelpful. Practitioners would do better if they didn't judge a book by its cover and understand patients may not know the ins-and-outs of their field. Those who seek your services have a variety of symptoms including being in immense pain. Some customer service training would do this practice a world of good.

This is the second branch I’ve visited and Direct Radiology is by far my favourite radiology service. Besides the fact that they are bulk billed, whoever is in charge of hiring the radiologists, sonographers and technicians has done an incredible job, consistently, across locations. You will have a very pleasant and personal experience. Although it’s great that you do not get treated like a number here, the most impressive part of the service is the thorough and precise reporting. The quality and detail in the imaging reports are what you’d expect from a top dollar private service. You’ll find many doctors will say the same. Highly recommend!

The receptionist was quite rude on the phone and abrupt. Just a warning they don’t bulk bill for ultrasounds and the 12-14 week scan would cost $230 with $60 medicare rebate. I ended up going elsewhere as that was higher than some places and apparently this scan isn’t bulk billed anywhere…
