Bradnam's Windows & Doors

I spoke with a very helpful lady called Bron in Customer Service at the Zillmere branch in QLD. I needed some rollers for my sliding windows. Bron was knowledgeable, helpful and I could hear the smile in her voice. Thanks Bron, your service is appreciated.

I could not have gotten better service from the Boondall showroom. I just purchased a home that was built 8 years ago with Bradnam windows. Somehow over the years it’s lost a window lock. I emailed in the off chance I could get direction of where to find a new one. Well Bron responded overnight and had one put aside for me to collect from the Boondall showroom. She was welcoming and helpful and so friendly!

We have worked with Bradnams Windows and Doors in Boondall on 3 separate occasions over the last 5 years and have always had the BEST experience!Bronwyn is so helpful and knowledgeable and she makes the whole process so easy. She always keeps us up to date throughout our projects. Our installers on every occasion have arrived on time, are very polite and professional and leave our home looking better than when they arrived! The quality of our windows, doors, security screens and security doors are of the highest quality. We have never been disappointed.In a competitive market, if you are looking for a quality product, quality installation and great sales service both during and after your project then we highly recommend Bradnams.

Terrible customer service!!! All my windows/showers/etc are Bradnam products as part of Metricon build. I have been chasing Bradnam shower cabin service for the past couple of months, every time the response from Bradnam customer support (the same representative) is oh my apologies! the service person will call you today to arrange an inspection"

What a breath of fresh air - the customer service was amazing, personalized and took the time to listen to my needs and supplied the product I was after! Will visit & purchase again in the future. Thank YOU!

Has no control over production schedule. Will not deliver products on time, or complete. Waited 3 months for doors and windows (10 in total, nothing out of the ordinary) - did not arrive with screens (CRIM Safe style) which may not be delivered before Christmas now (so will be 4+ months to create and deliver some simple screens).

Probably the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. No communication, half finished jobs and very very slow. Everything you don’t want in a window company. I recommend you don’t go with the lowest quote like I did. If you like the idea of signing a contract in 2021 and not have it finished until the end of 2022 go with Bradnams.

Hard to get there as they are only open til 5pm weekdays and not on weekends at all. Finally was able to get away from work to get there and their showroom is closed until January 2023!!! Maybe a heads up on their website may be helpful or even a hand written sign on the showroom door might be good customer service. Waste of time!!

They were extremely helpful and had the replacement window latch I needed. Thankyou to the lovely receptionist who helped me out at the boondall showroom

Fantastic customer service, I called to order some rollers for my existing windows which had a Bradnams sticker. I couldn't make it into the showroom to collect them so Tina kindly posted them to me free of charge. Blown away, I haven't had service like this in a while. Thank you. You will receive our service again in the future.
