Staff went above and beyond. Order process was quick and easy. Lots of great advice from the Admin lady Deb. Happy to answer any questions we had. When it came to installing, couldn't fault the work done. Defiantly would recommend to others.

We are so happy we updated our home with Kardean Vinyl plank flooring. It's created a clean and contemporary look in our living and bedroom areas. As a family with asthmatic kids, we couldn't wait to get rid of dusty carpets! It's so easy to clean! I've even used it in the art studio and it looks amazing. Right from the start Andersons Emerald was there for us. From an emergency carpeting of the whole house (we thank you again for helping us with this situation), to the beautiful vinyl timber planking we had laid on the lower level. Andersons' service and workmanship is outstanding and cannot be faulted. We definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of updating their floor coverings.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they listen to your like and dislikes when choosing colours and textures. I purchased carpet for 3 bedrooms and tiles for my new kitchen. Bob the carpet layer worked so hard and stayed late until the job was finished. Awesome bloke. What a great team you have in Emerald Andersen’s. Highly recommend them.

Just got my vinyl done. I’m very happy with the vinyl floors looks fantastic the guy who installed it was excellent an knew his job.The price was not to expensive either. Well done Anderson’s thank you all again. Staff were wonderful

Earlier this year, Andersen's installed vinyl sheet and carpet throughout my home. From our initial visit to the showroom, through to the installation and follow up, the service we received was faultless. The customer service from Robyn in particular was impeccable and throughout the process we were well informed at all times. I would highly recommend Andersen's for their excellent product knowledge and the care taken when installing our new flooring.
