I’m grateful for help from the whole team in Newcastle. Super Easy Storage delivered me the best experiences I have had with a very tight time and last-minute changes where an unexpected accident came out of hands, and the Newcastle team supported me so well from the changes in moving out times within 3 hours; the manager supported my friend to take all of my goods and marvellously patient to wait until the car comes, loaded them into the car for my friend and made sure she left the warehouse safe and sound with all the goods even though it was not within their working hours. I highly recommend the team at Super Easy Storage and will continue to choose Super Easy Storage next time because I can rest assured that all my goods are safe and the services offered for the customers’ best experience with stress-free. I want to send a sincere thank you to the Newcastle team. It was a fantastic experience.

Super Easy storage have been great. Very easy to deal with and very punctual at both ends of the moveI used them recently to store my whole house between moves and their self load option worked out really well. They were able to pull right up to the house which made unpacking a breeze and drivers were on hand to help out as required

Be aware!!! The storage units get mouldy! We raised the issue with the company over 5 weeks ago and have not been offered any solutions. Our good have been damaged by mildew, caused by the wood uses in the unit and the rude workers have also damaged our belongings (TV, bin, stools)during transport (no apologies or compensation as yet whatsoever). Hidden costs since day one, false advertisement and rude customer service by the manager and some of the other employees. Do not waste your money and time on this company!

'Super' easy to order, load and organise. Staff were prompt to reply to my online order, polite and received email and text updates throughout the whole process. Storage unit was bigger than expected, watch out for unexpected fees. I was told one price when organising things. And then charged almost double the original price.... luckily I had extra funds available, but I was not happy

The best and easiest move I have ever done. Communication excellent. Paperwork spot on and hard workers arrived to do the job - they were fast and efficient. Thank you

Excellent work packing up my boxes this morning. I received texts confirming arrival time and Thiago and his friend were so pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with storage companies a few times and this morning was superb. Thanks guys for your outstanding service. I would give you 6 stars if I could.

These guys were the best- super friendly and helpful even though I had way more stuff than I expected!! Highly recommended.

I booked access to the container 2 days in advance as required, hired a ute and driver only for them to NOT SHOW UP!!! No one answered the phone, there is no message bank, they don't respond to emails - HOPELESS!!!When I FINALLY got through to someone 2 days later they don't return phone calls - they couldn't even find the local warehouse Manager!I lost $400.00 as I was unable to access the fridge I had sold (the buyer was mighty unhappy) and another $300.00 hiring ute and driver TWICE to try and access my belongings.Regional Operations Manager gave me his direct number" - pointless if he doesn't ring you back!!!"
