Kenwick Medical Centre

i have been there several times and they make you wait 1 hour even if you have an appointment. but it s a good medical centre if you are 70+ because you can have a nice nap during waiting time, NOT RECOMENDED also lady at reception nightmare

I been coming to this clinic for almost 10 yrs now. My gp is a god send and has always made my health and wellbeing priority. Wait times are sometimes lengthy but im thinking that my gp is treating other patients as priority as she treats me. So I understand that Dr Nahar is very busy. I thank her for her excellent work and also ther rest of the gps at kenwick medical center.

This practice is the worst for service reception staff are arrogant and rude.Allways make you wait over an hour they should learn to use a phone and tell you they are running late and mabey learn to smile i will not recomend them unless you like to be stuffed around..

Great medical centre . Always go to see dr Sophia ang for medical appointments . Really good doctor

Had a appointment for 13:20 arrived at 13:16 i sat and waited till 1355 when i left Thats 35mins i waited for without seeing a doctor very piss poor. I cant understand if there are a few people waiting fine but if somone has come in and need immediate care the receptionist should advise.

Doctor Nahar and Khan are extremely good and kind. And the girl in the reception is also absolutely amazing, very friendly, nice and kind. They are all going above and beyond to help me and I am truely appreciate them. Thank you for being so amazing.

Today I visited this place (just because it’s walking distance to my house) to get my flu vaccine, they told me the charge is $15 but as I do not have Medicare (I have bupa insurance) I have to go through doctors consultation after my vaccine for which they will charge me $18 this was initially quoted. After my 1 minute consultation post my flu vaccine they wanted to charge me $40 for doctors consultation, I asked them that doctors consultation is never required anywhere else just for flu vaccine (please note I do not have any health issue) after I said it’s just too much and I cannot pay the consultation fees the doctor wanted to waive off the charge but the receptionist was adamant on getting at least $18 on top of $15 flu vaccine charge, so I had to pay $35 (where anywhere else they will charge only $15). Avoid this place at any cost, they are just there to make money.

Dr Sophia Ang was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind when seeing me after I contracted an upper respiratory virus that had turned bacterial. Practice is neat and well organised. Thank you.

While they do regularly run late it is because they do a thorough job , which in my opinion especially for a doctor is very important to give an accurate treatment , I'm sure we would all agree this is in all patients best interests to spend the extra time investigating our needs and issues rather than doctors clock watching during the patients examination time it takes just a second to make a dire mistakeThey also call when they know they will be running late

Very kind and friendly and absolutely saved my bacon on very short notice via telly health referal. The lovely staff went above and beyond to help me and just want to thank them all very much. Truly blessed. Xo you hard workers don't go unnoticed!
