Very busy when here.Chips were hot.l, burger was ok.Toilets were not clean.Store bins were full.I won’t be back to this store.

We sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes and were told to drive through the widow. They told us that the drive through doesn’t pick up four wheel drives then tried to blame the equipment. They knew we were there and could have easily taken our order at the speaker box. Don’t go here bad service.

If I could give zero I would, this is the worst kfc ever. Not once have I ever recived the correct order there is always something missing? Put in feedback via kfc site, eventually got a reply . I place another order with app a week later and agian missing item this time I ring them to discuss and advised him of the previous order problem his (manager) response said sorry I've only been here a week but I will give you your item for this mistake? So down $18 absolutely useless every time.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH45 MINUTES WAIT !!My son placed an order at 6:15, he was asked to wait in the parking bay. 45 minutes later he walked in to the store to check on the order, the counter attendant grabbed the boxes and made up the order for him.My son starts work at 8:00pm and wanted to sit and enjoy his meal, However now he has to rush and get ready and go to work.Not Good enough!!

This place is dirtier than the gutter outside. We had to completely wipe down our table and chairs before even contemplating sitting down. There is smashed up food all over the floor and surrounding tables. The bin inside is overflowing with rubbish.

Ordered via app and after long wait I'm asked if I wanted to wait 5 more minutes for chicken or to just take tenders, I didn't have much more time so I chose tenders, only to wait much more than 5 more minutes anyway and I had to leave without getting the food. Contacted support and no replies, now I have to contact bank to force refund. Been here multiple times and best case scenario it's just okay. Many times orders are wrong, wait usually long and customer service is terrible.If it's an option Morwell KFC is 10x better in every area, go there instead.

It's KFC. It makes you feel amazing when eating it, and less amazing afterwards. As is the way. But this one is pretty good.Staff are friendly enough, they rarely forget things and they always do the order changes.

Staff need to call out orders as soon as they are ready. Instead of waiting for a customer to walk in as I was sitting at a table waiting for my order that was already ready so my name wasn't called to I walked up after staff members was about to hand it to customer who just walked in. Really poor service.
