Bit slow in service ,but they are very busyCan't blame themWorth the wait

Second time visit to Mac N Dan both times they have been courteous & friendly & fixed my nailers on the spot which saved me a trip. Was very refreshing to find a Company like theirs. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work guys & girls.

We run a demolition business with over 100 people on site at any one time, and the guy's are always keeping us in the loop with quotes and advice on our extensive tool range.In our experience the staff are friendly and will go the extra mile when a quick turnaround, tool repair is necessary.

I've gone to Mac N'Daniels for service a few times. They are absolutely wonderful, I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

I ordered a simple little part for my cordless saw. No problem we'll call when it comes in". 3 months later I called them up and said "I've been waiting for this part" the bloke on the phone was like "yeh

Took a long time to get my nail gun back and I had to chase them up. Two weeks after I received the gun back, it was not working properly and I had to take it back. Let's see how long it will take this time.

Absolute farce! Unproffesional service&repair business. After waiting weeks for what i thought was an easy repair,it lasted 3hrs on the job site&needed to be repaired again! Once again,had to wait weeks for the repair 2nd time around. Communication from them was zero! I had to chase them up multiple times! Do not waste your time here

I would avoid this tool repair company at all costs.I dropped of my Staple Gun to Mac n Daniel on 31st January and only picked it up on the 19th March.When I dropped of the tool I was told I would have a quote by the following Wednesday at the latest, I had to follow up multiple times before receiving quote. Once approved repairs took weeks with numerous follow up call with no straight answer. I called and was told pickup would be on 12th March. I called on 12th March to confirm tool was ready and then told that a part needed replacing. This then took another week before I had to follow up again to find out it was finally ready for pick up.I had no communication on the repair or that there was a part broken which needed replacing. It’s been very frustrating and inconvenientNot happy Mac n Daniel!!

Great place for quick tool repairs and bits and pieces. Nice team, great to deal with family run business.

I would give then 0 stars if I could. They don't communicate or tell the truth. They have had a repair that was under warranty for over 2 months and didn't find it important to fix it or call me about it. I had to chase everything up with them. Terrible experience, I would steer clear unless I had to deal with them. Document everything and write down in your diary because that is a legal document. I'm sure they will respond with some official sounding excuse but don't buy it.The owner updated a response and he's lying. I was told if Dewalt doesn't send us the part soon we will have them send a replacement drill". It's fascinating that they sent my drill back after I called Dewalt and Fair Trading on them. Please do not insult my intelligence. I called and asked you if you were going to send the drill back to me and you said yes. You told Fair Trading you did not have my contact details but you sent me a text message and I also inclosed those details with the shipment. Please aim to provide better customer service so you don't have to lie about it later. And lastly it doesn't matter how many jobs you do a month
