Unprofessional, report has multiple basic mistakes about who the actual child was and their history etc.Nobody ever bothered to speak to me about why part of the assessment wasn’t done, I didn’t find out until I received the report and that didn’t give an clear reason.After being given a specific date to receive the report, it didn’t come. Even trying to follow up was a nightmare.Apparently all the psychologist are independent so it might be hit and miss in the quality of assessment and report you receive, but I would suggest looking elsewhere. For the amount of money you pay, communication, accuracy and honesty is expected and I did not receive that from this practice.

Very professional and made my child feel calm through the whole process. Highly recommend.
