I agree with Trish. My experience here was the same. A very expensive 'flannel' designer dress was taken in to be dry cleaned. It came out with two small holes in the fabric. They refused to take any responsibility actually telling me that I was lying and they were there before they came in - this is funny given the lady and I checked all over the dress as I was showing her the stains. There was definitely no holes. I had only worn the dress twice too. It is now ruined and they will not take any responsibility. To make it worse they were rude about it too. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

I've been going to Herdsman Dry Cleaners for 15 years. Dave and his friendly staff at Herdsman Dry Cleaners provide a quality customer-focussed service. Nothing is too much trouble and my clothes always look fantastic. Small repairs, like when I've pulled a thread on a woven jacket, have been cheerfully repaired at no extra cost. Highly recommended!

Today my daughter turned 18, she went to pick up a dress she had dry cleaned, which she wanted to wear for her birthday lunch and the old blonde women behind the counter completely abused her because she came in to early to pick it up. my daughter left crying and very upset that this women reacted like that.So because of this nasty women I am now telling everyone l know not to use this dry cleaners.Some people are not meant to be behind a counter and she is definitely one of them.Shame on you for abusing an eighteen year old.

Thank you Herdsman Drycleaners for your exceptional service. Went to pick an item and unfortunately couldn't be found. Was delivered to my door on a Sunday with a smile, apology and no charge for the drycleaning. Not often you get service like that these days.

Worst customer service I have ever received and I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.I called up to enquire about pricing as they don't disclose this on the website and I was rudely spoken to by a woman on the other end who was not patient when I asked questions or asked to clarify a few things. She then proceeded to hang up on me mid conversation after I heard her say I've had enough of this".I have never been treated like this by any business before and for someone who has never had anything dry cleaned before and had a few questions being my first time wanting to get a few things sent in

I have been their customer for nearly 15 years, always very happy with the service provided. Great service, professional advice, always the best outcome possible that is why I keep coming back. With my latest order the ladies went above and beyond, did extry wash and extra dry for my very dirty goose down jacket and the result is amaizing. Thank you so much for doing a great job!

I'm really happy with the service that I get from Herdman drycleaners. I think a lot of people probably don't know they can also print out all of your dry cleaning expenses on one sheet for the entire year which you can use for your tax-no need to keep all those pink slips!
