I came across Lica's alteration service just from googling. Thank goodness she listed her business. Absolute gem of a find. She is local to me and saved me a lot of time. In gratitude to her impeccable workmanship on the 4 pairs of pants I'm taking the time to write this review. Every pair of pants came out exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend this lovely lady and her business. Her prices are much more reasonable than the mainstream ones you find in the shopping centres or plazas.
