Worse service ever you get no smiles or a hello at the door you feel awkward even walking in. Went to get some lashes and liner put as I'm not that great at eye makeup & I get a lady who isn't even qualified with doing makeup tells me I'm bad at doing makeup myself "But continues to do mine and when I had a look in the mirror my liner was everywhere wasn't even done properly looked like scribble and then she gets the hairdresser lady to do it for me and was even worse and then she blames it on the fact that my daughter was moving next to me and she hasn't finished it yet . Told her I no longer want it as I'm not paying 30 Dollars for a service that's not even done by qualified makeup artists and she tells me " good its better for us " so so rude no social skills at all no smiles for a person who works in hairdressing and has to be a people person she had none of that at all ! Worse place ever !!I've had my daughter come with me to get my makeup done and it's never been an issue you were even rude the way you spoke to my daughter . The person who started with my makeup was definitely not a qualified makeup artist lol wow if you think that's qualified! You were rude from the moment I walked in you don't even greet your customers hello help when they walk in & yes I have come in before which has nothing to do with the service today & you didn't even fix it I went Home and took it out and fixed it myself ."

This is one of the best hairdressers I’ve been tooThe staff was really friendly and nice she did amazing job (cutting hair) and prices are reasonable

BEST HAIRDRESSER EVER!!! ALWAYS LEAVES YOU WALKING OUT OF THE SALON FEELING FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL!! Would definitely recommend!! My personal opinion No.1 in Sydney for Laser and Hair!

first time i looked at my hair and almost cried lol. the staff is very welcoming and they really ask questions ab your hair routine so they can give you helpful advice :) definitely will come here for the future!!

I’ve been coming to Basma since she’s opened up her shop and everytime I have walked out extremely satisfied with my hair. From walking in to the shop I am greeted and welcomed and always been offered tea/coffee.Basma is exceptional at what she does and I will continue to go there and support her business.The best hairdresser in town!You wont be disappointed.
