My 18-year old daughter was flying from Victoria, BC Canada and arriving 3.5 hours later than scheduled on January 6. I knew there was a good possibility that she would not make the final Greyhound bus to Byron Bay because of the delay, so I reached out to My Driver Direct to inquire about arranging a car for her to take her to her hostel. After almost 20 hours on a plane and her first time travelling solo such a long way, I knew she'd be exhausted and stressed trying to make her connections. Jarrod came through for my daughter and arranged a car for her in a matter of minutes while we emailed back and forth from halfway across the world. She was picked up at the airport and driven directly to her hostel. As her mom, I was relieved to know she would be in good hands to get her where she needed to go safely and worry-free. Used Driver Direct to transport our 18-year-old from the airport to West End in Brisbane. We had to change her flight a couple times to avoid her going into quarantine – changing the pickup arrangements with Jarrod was very easy via email. Very highly recommend this service.
