Rude staff, they discuss and complain about clients loudly. They will not help find appropriate work and seem to enjoy holding power over people.I have witnessed on more than one occasion a worker laugh loudly at a distressed client after bullying them beyond breaking point. They do not listen to clients and openly mock them.They relish in the power of being able to have payments cancelled with no regard for how this can effect the clients in some cases long term.They do not help.

Used to be good. No longer. They used to provide a flexible approach but now, no longer. One brush to all. In the time I have been there not one job referral. NOT ONE! And I have skills! and training! They cut my payments because they didn´t like the way I had filled out the paper work, not that I didn´t do the right thing, no, they didn´t like the paper work. Did they bother to check it was correct?? No. Not once. I provided them with all the evidence and discussion needed but no. It´s their way or the highway. Can´t wait for they to lose their jobs and the same thing happen to them. KARMA people, remember that, KARMA! These entire system needs to change because from what I can tell ITS FAILING!!!To the respondent from Campbell and page- why? why would I contact you? My guess this is what the conversation would entail.You / your organisation telling me that ¨it is our policy, or our guidelines say this....¨ and in the end, nothing will change. Despite the fact the legislation mandates that you as a provider need to provide and an ndividualise service. Yeh right! Bottom line is, that YOU NEED the unemployed. its YOUR business model! I am the one with the power - NOT YOU! WIthout me YOU would be on the dole line! So suck it up princess and do your job!!In fact, the government NEEDS unemployed people. It keeps ALL of YOU in the industry with jobs! The pretence that you´re helping a vulnerable group of people, yet, you passively bully them, a power trip for you, quietly disgusted by them, and ironically, you can´t survive without them. My guess is that most of you wouldn´t be able to find work outside of the pool you are currently employed in. People yell, so much money is waste on the unemployed, billions, and yet, the money doesn´t go directly to the unemployed, the money goes TO YOU! and organisations like you! We assist the economy. My guess, without having looked at the statistics, is that the old Commonweatlh Employment Scheme, the CES, which actually supported people, and provided long term work for individuals after a set time frame, was less expensive to facilitate and administer. Money wasted to you BULLYS for doing nothing and then gossiping about individuals in plain sight and using their name! Many times you have shown me other people´s CV WITH THEIR NAME INTACT! Absolutely no dignity! So, tell me? why should I bother? You would be simply wasting my valuable time and all the while convincing yourself you have adhered to company procedures. Good PR - or so you convince yourself. Laughable! BRING BACK THE OLD CES!

I tried to employ some candidates through this agency, terrible customer service! Would not recommend.
