WISE Employment Preston

It's a great atmosphere here great people to chat with, and help with finding work. I've had a few struggles mentally but they stuck with me and helped with counselling and work search.I've recently been employed with a company they helped introduce and apply with. Starring Monday whooo!!!P.s. thanks to the team you know who you are.

I went in for my first appointment today, granted I was 10 minutes late. I wasn't introduced to the person whom I was meant to see, I didn't get a name, I just got a blunt you're late". Then ordered abruptly to follow this person

I've never seen the person I was scheduled to meet. Staff are polite and friendly, but administration is quite disorganised. Have had calls about appointments I've missed but was never informed of, and then when I've turned up for rescheduled appointments THEY don't have them booked despite sending me a confirmation SMS.

THE WORST PROVIDER..!!!!!!They promise to reimburse me for work boots & pants, even took down my account details. Never received a cent from them but only a text message stating they need to watch their budget.Secondly the Manager Sheree said they would pay for my truck Licence in full just to find out a month later that she lied to me about it and now claiming she said a portion of the amount. I have no work because of this mob when I could've been working months ago I don't understand how I'm expected to pay over $1000 to get a truck Licence when I'm not working.The stuff there just lie and keep lying so rude when on the phone all they seem to want is just to get off the phone not really assisting you in any way to the point I had to transfer myself to another provided but most definitely made a formal complaint.STAY AWAY..!!!!!!!

I've been working with Bernadette at the Preston office for a while now and she has been the most caring, relatable and honest person that's supported me while looking for work.The genuine kindness I've received from the staff is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other agencies and it has made a huge difference for me personally, I feel welcome and happy to attend appointments instead of anxious.Thank you for the wonderful service.

Disgusting business. Full of liars. This provider promises to find a job for you as to get your name in their book from other provider's. Actually, they just offer you a casual job. After working for a couple of weeks, you will be terminated without a proper reason. By this way, they can claim benefit from Centerlink. The government already know their tricks and these businesses will be closed by 2023.Can't wait that long to see they are closed. They don't want to see their clients go and lose $$$. Keep the unemployed wasting time by fooling them and get $$$ from tax payers

Feel like the financial incentive to get me a job on their terms came before my own well-being and circumstances. I was job searching along side their search efforts. I found a job I’ve really started enjoying, and most importantly, supports my mental health and well-being - which wise claims to be all about; people with barriers like mental health conditions. But because I didn’t take the job they wanted me to, I’m interrogated about it and asked if I can “do both” (the job they wanted me to do, PLUS my full time job I found) . How is this in support of someone with depression / anxieties well being and circumstances ? No congratulations, no show of any support of the fact that I’d done the right thing and found a job. Really frustrating and completely goes against their very vocal mission statement.
