i went in to get a piercing on christmas eve, i’ve forgot the ladies that were working but the lady on register was so nice and helpful, best interaction i have ever had with a register lady n then the piercing girl, she was quite young has only been doing it for two years and just got off maternity leave but the piercing i got was absolutely flawless! i have 22 piercings i’ve been to lots of different places and no one has ever been as good as she was! so kind, understanding all of it! right down to the piercing it’s self, i didn’t even feel it she was that good. the placement didn’t move from where we lined it up nothing, she was so gentle. the whole experience was the best ever, if i ever wanted any piercings i’d definitely be going back as it was the best experience out of 22!! they are absolutely amazing! i 10/10 recommend them as the experience and there job was done perfectly :).

Visited the store over the wknd for a nose piercing, although the store was very busy i noticed the worker was doing a awesome job and greeting everybody with a positive smile. When it came to my turn she noticed I was abit nervous as it was my first piercing but Sammy did a awesome job and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Thanks alot I'll deffinately be back for more piercings :))

Dakota & Elisha are OUTSTANDING!My daughter's ears were just pierced at another store and the piercings were horribly lopsided so we headed to Stocklands. My daughter was in tears and Dakota's confident 'I've got you, girl' instantly calmed my little girl.As soon as we met the piercer, Elisha, the last of our anxiety over this mishap disappeared.These gorgeous ladies displayed so much kindness and compassion for an upset child amd their professionalism and competence in their roles was next level!Sticklands is now our go to Cosmetics Plus.

Walked in, looked around for 3 minutes for a kids item, and didn’t get asked once or greeted. Meh.On the other hand, clean store.Left without finding what I wanted.

Got my nose pierced and it was the most traumatizing experience, went back weeks later to buy some new studs I was sold two different sized studs when I took them back to swap the girl said no swapping unless faulty which it clearly was but she wouldn't even look at it just smirked and dismissed me .. would not recommend this shop, customer service is terrible.
