I live in Spring mountain and organised to have an antenna installed for my house - not realising that because this is an opticom area that I didn't need one. The guy who came (can't remember his name sorry) was absolutely lovely and so honest. Instead of just going ahead and charging me for something I didn't need, so kindly explained that I didn't need one.I felt awful for wasting his time but he was great about it. Not often do I come across people so kind and honest! Thank you so much
