Concourse Golf

I have owned my CBM3 since 2018. It is a great lightweight buggy. Very easy to fold away and take on a trip. The service has been fantastic. I had a couple of small issues and was very pleased with the response.

Purchased CBM3 about 12 months ago and could not be happier.Great looking system which draws comment and enquiries from other golfers.so easy to use and set up.delivery was quick. would certainly use Concourse Golf again

Awesome concept, great design, but the buggy meanders all over the course based on the slightest slope in topography. This results in having to use the remote excessively just to keep it going in a straight line, which in turn means the remote power runs out with 2 or three holes left to play. There is supposed to be a software update coming out for the wheels, but no replies from my several emails as to when.

I purchased a CBM3 buggy back in May. Have used the buggy about 6 times.The brake has been getting more and more difficult to engage - now almost impossible to engage.Is there an easy fix for this please? Or is it a warranty issue.I have to say that I am a little underwhelmed by the buggy overall. The bag often falls off if the terrain is uneven (I purchased the Concourse Special Edition Bag thinking it would come with the strapless connection - but alas did not- even though the website indicates that it does!I also purchased the umbrella holder and other items for the trolley - which are really not suitable. The trolley topples with even a light breeze, and the buggy does not close properly with the accessories bag attached!It would appear as though the umbrella holder (to be effective) would require the additional stabilizing wheel.Overall, I am rather disappointed with the purchase and the lack of aftersales service.

I bought the the Concourse package with bag, buggy and electric wheels. I researched the market and reviews before making that decision. I liked the technological approach and the fact they were Australian. Everything worked fine after a slight glitch was fixed. However, at my course which is built on sand dunes we have a huge number of mounds some of which are steep. On a few of these each round if the grass was wet from rain or dew the buggy could not make it up with the wheels slipping. I returned the wheels with a quick refund and no hassles. I kept the bag and buggy which I now use as a push/pull buggy and I love it. It is really well balanced and light. I have not bought an alternative electric buggy and hope Concourse can solve my problem before age requires me think again about an electric buggy. I recommend the buggy and electric wheels as a good, effective product for almost every course. I doubt there are more than half a dozen courses in Australia which may result in the same problem I experienced and all of those would be dunes/links courses. A normally hilly course should be no problem.

I love my concourse smart wheels. I have a Clic gear buggy & I highly recommend these smart wheels for anyone who wants a remote buggy. The customer service is also fantastic & they sent me some free goodies. New app makes updates easy too.

I love my CBM3 push buggy. It is great for taking away on holidays. All three wheels are quick release and the buggy frame remains fitted to be my golf bag - meaning it is very compact and easy to assemble.

My husband came by a CBM2 buggy but the wheels were missing their hubcaps and springs. After a couple of very friendly and helpful phone calls he received the spare parts he needed in the mail ASAP. This level of service is extremely rare these days. We were both very impressed.

My husband has been using Concourse golf equipment for 15 years and it's still as good as the day he bought it. I recently replaced the umbrella and the ordering and delivery process was professional and prompt. We would definitely recommend this company.

I have a CBM3 with a Lightweight Bag. I am an advocate of Australian products and make every effort to choose Australian.The quality of this product is fantastic as well is the operation I can personally recommend this company and its products.Regards Michael
