Adaptive Myotherapy
I saw Karen from Adaptive Myotherapy for some remedial massage around my neck, back and shoulder area. I was working too hard and my office job was impacting on my well being. After seeing Karen for some Myotherapy treatment, I felt amazing. She released all the tension in my upper body, allowing me to feel happier and move more freely. It is exactly what I needed - I only wish I booked in sooner. The booking process was easy and I am now using the website to book appointments. Thanks Karen!

karen is amazing. I've had an old motorbike injury, shoulder, that's bothered me for over 10 years. Saw physios, osteos and numerous massage therapists and no one could isolate what was going on. Karen worked it out within 5 minutes. I've been seeing her for over a year now and shoulder feels the same as it did before my accident. Absolutely awesome. Can't recommend her enough.

Been working with Deanne now for about 5 months after sustaining injuries from work and sport. She is an amazing myotherapist and I value every session. I’m now back to work pain free and enjoying my sport properly again

I had some lower back issues due to my work. Karen brought her portable bed to my house and worked on my back, relieving some of my pain and increasing movement. She also noticed some postural issues that may be contributing to my problem, and recommended some exercises and stretches to address that. Very professional. Cannot recommend highly enough!
