By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced (Bayswater workshop). Brought a part in for repair and was given an estimate of $350-$450 to fix. Was told to bring in the other matching part to use for comparison during the repair. Returned the next day to drop off the parts and was then told there would be a fee of $120 to strip and assess the part. Called the workshop manager about 10 days later to check on progress but was told the technician working on the job was away and they world get back to me the next day but never did. I called back later that week and left a message for the workshop manager to call back he never did. Called again the next week and was told the workshop manager was now on holiday for a week. Called again late the next week but the manager was away again. This time one of the technicians said they would look into it and later that day i received a quote to replace both parts at a cost of $1900. Called to ask why both parts were being replaced instead of repaired and was told the workshop manger would have to call me back which he never did. Called workshop manager middle of the next week and he said he would have to look into it and get back to me. Once again he never called back. Finally after 5 weeks I went into the workshop and asked for the parts to be returned as i couldn't wait any longer. I asked for $120 to be refunded which they said they would look into however later refused. Took the part somewhere else where it was repaired for $600 in less than 10 days.

Good service, putting the customers need first and delivering a good quality service in all your hydraulic needs.

Terrible customer service from the man I talked to in Dandenong who said he was the manager. Rude and dismissive. I ended up dealing with Eastern Automation in Bayswater who were very helpful, the exact opposite in attitude.
