Very busy practice and very efficient in customer service at reception. I was a new patient and seen a new Dr whom was very enthusiastic to take down all my details pertaining to health. Very friendly and great listening skills. Look forward to continuing using Hyde & Partners Medical Centre.Utilisation of Nurse Joe via Telehealth for much need scripts is a true blessing. I will continue to use this service.

As always, excellent service and care. I also noticed a very helpful member of the team assisting an elderly lady all the way in from the door at the car park. It seemed that the staff member was just coming back to the surgery and had met the lady. The help and advice she gave was heart warming to observe.Keep up the great work guys!Best regards,Leigh.

Had a phone call this morning from Dr Joanne Lewis regarding a e-scrip . Joanne is a professional in her job couldn't do enough for me! Just letting me know to get a flu shot and a overdue blood test.Was very helpful regarding another health issue. Therefore would recommend Dr Joanne Lewis .Regards Daniel Todd

The new Hyde and Partners location being centrally located to the main street and chemists is a plus. It is a well thought out building which accommodates children, has easy access for disabled people and has excellent facilities. Doctors, staff and nurses are always very caring and friendly.
