First time ordering from this company,experienced great customer service,fantastic tracking facility through their online shipping software (StarShipIT),a sweet thank you card from the person who packed the order (Thank you Jordan for the card) and even received a thank you pack of lollies.Sadly with covid-19 I decided to dispose of the lollies as I was unsure if it was packed locally (on-site) or from the lolly manufacturer under their strict hygiene conditions.I have used this company for personal home use because my favourite Detol antibacterial handwash (the red one) cannot be found in any supermarket.I ended up purchasing three 5 litres of Northfork handwash because they don't have an individual buy option on their website.The handwash is great and the scent is powerful.Overall I am pleased with this company and would start using them for our corporate office purchases as well.

Made an order on the 11th of January and it still hasn't been received. I got a generic email on the 7th of Feb saying the order was ready for dispatch. Still nothing.I have emailed three times to get an update on the order and not one reply has been received. Now I don't even get a generic reply saying my email has been received and they will reply within 72 hours.Definitely wouldn't recommend using this company I certainly won't be using them again.

Top notch service and delivery. Received my goods within 2 days of placing the order. Love the complimentary lollies. Courier let me know when he was on the way and was friendly.

Very horrible service. Ordered some RAT in Jan and didn’t hear from them for nearly 2 months so I requested a refund. They initially said the refund was in process, and then I got an email saying order is on its way more than a week later! Contacted them again and they said the refund was overlooked and now I have to wait for the delivery to arrive and reject the delivery on arrival or wait for them to pick it up in order to process my refund. The customer service person was lovely but still doesn’t make justice for this company’s service

PRODUCT STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER ALMOST 8 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY AFTER REQUESTING A REFUND 2 WEEKS AGO. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.- Placed order on 10 Jan, website and confirmation email advised expected shipping date 18 Jan for orders placed that day.- On expected shipping date I received an email advising the product I ordered was not available and a substitute was expected to be shipped on 24 Jan.- On 14 Feb I contacted Mega via the website Live Chat to enquire on the status of my order and was advised my order was ready to ship and to expect a tracking number/email confirmation later that day or the following day.- 4 days later, having not received any shipping confirmation, I emailed Mega to request a refund. No acknowledgement or response has been received from Mega.

Super delayed order, bad communication and order arrived incomplete.12 Jan - pre-ordered RAT tests (and some office tape) with expected shipping date after 21st Jan"7 Feb - received a mass email about orders being packed and despatched beginning from that morning24 Feb - emailed to ask if my order had been sent. Auto reply stated I'll have a reply "within 72 hours"5 March - got a reply saying the package is ready and will be despatched soon6 March - asked if I could have a refund instead8 March - got a reply saying a refund is not possible as package has sent16 March - package arrived and the office tape I ordered with the RAT tests is not in the package.In the meantime

Mega office supplies are brilliant. They answered my questions super promptly, there were so helpful and had my order out the door within literally 5 minutes of speaking with them! The courier service was great, arrived on time (even earlier than expected!) and the order was packed with care, with the items in perfect condition. Could not recommend highly enough.

Happy with product when it eventually turned up. Customer service tried to help get it delivered. I’d rather pay for shipping than for it to be sent for free on the worst courier company Aramex. Took nearly 2 weeks.

Was looking for some good quality book cover contacts, enquired on the online chat, the lady was prompt and very helpful. However for some reasons the order shipped was nowhere in sight after about a week so I went back to the team to check. I got a prompt reply right away and the order arrived two days after. It was the definitely of superior quality. So I made another order, and this second order came very quickly without any problems.

Placed an order on 8 Jan that was advertised to be shipped before 17 Jan. On 24 Jan, I follow up on the order and receive a response saying the product I ordered is not in stock and will be substituted. I reply saying I would like a refund, given it’s not the product I ordered and paid for.This email is ignored. I follow up three times, until I finally receive a reply on 4 Feb saying the order is still to be shipped, but completely ignoring my request for a refund.Later that same day I receive a notification saying the order has been dispatched. I again follow up reiterating my request for a refund. Still no response.I’ve since lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Really poor experience with this company, I won’t ever use again.
