A cosy and quiet spot to work overlooking an outdoor courtyard.

Friendly and helpful library staff, well resourced. Went on a Monday afternoon and there were more than enough seats/desk and computers available for use. It was quiet for the most part, however it is true with some patrons not observing common courtesy in reading areas. Acknowledging that this is outside library staff control, and nothing a pair of headphones playing nothing won't solve!

It's a nice building with books but more community centre than library. People talk a lot, on their phones and use it as their office. . Based on comments many feel the same and the only repsonses from staff are excuses why it's up to people and not them to enforce, so it seems really low standards reached on noise levels & general respect among public. I wish there were still proper libraries around .

Fantastic local library as part of the Darebin council. Exellent range of books from non-fiction to children's books. Their building has dated very well compared to other older libraries with accessible toilets, bike parking, bike repair tool, water tap and good seating and partking outside.

Sadly the place is too noisy people using speakers on phones for hoursAlso having the kids story time in library during business hours isn't fair yo the patrons who are there to study. It should be done in the meeting room

The worst librarians ever met, I told them I lost my phone in the library (29/5/23). They asked me to call police via a public phone on the street. I did not bring any wallet. She finally let me use library phone. During the phone police report, those two librarians kept to disturb me to hang off saying they were starting tap up. I completed my phone report at 19:30 and the library supposed closed at 20:00. They are careless and not understanding at all…

In need of some serious refurbishing!Extremely hot inside and no decent workstations to do computer work, you have to either put your laptop on your lap or on a table that is way too high for the provided chairs. Staff was friendly, otherwise would have given one star.

The library was great in accommodating story time. My little one enjoyed it, only downside is we had to park up the road.
