We had a great tour with Brian a couple of weekends ago- great service, comfortable car and Brian was very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some great places to taste wine.Also fabulous lunch rec at Passing Clouds- superb!In addition when talking to Brian about our weekend, Brian took us to a great restaurant for dinner on Friday night and picked us up afterwards!Fabulous service and saved the debate about driving home!Highly recommend Brian and the service!

Recently I had a dilemma on what to do to celebrate my sisters birthday . Brian was highly recommended to me to participate in one of his wonderful winery tours . Must admit the day turned out well beyond my initial expectations. Brian arrived on time in a beautiful well maintained Mercedes SUV. ( Spotlessly clean )I have lived in the Macedon Ranges for close to 60 years and Brian had the knowledge and the ability to take us to places I have never been too, or heard of before . It was a wonderful relaxing day and Brian made us feel very special . We enjoyed beautiful wines along the way and had a gorgeous lunch at Glen Erin Winery .If you want to have a lovely day out with your friends or family I strongly success you consider Cool Climate Tours as an option. .By the way, I personally believe the experience is money well spent .

Brian was able to accommodate us despite our short notice and delivered an exceptional experience for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed his relaxed and friendly approach and excellent knowledge of the local area, the people and places. We had a great time tasting at some of the local cellar doors and Brian's choice for lunch was exceptional. I had a very enjoyable day visiting some of the special sites and wineries in the beautiful Macedon Ranges region. Brian was able to accommodate me establishing an itinerary at short notice and provided an excellent service. His vehicle is very clean and comfortable and he has great local area knowledge. I highly recommend Cool Climate Tours - a wonderful way to see the best wineries, distilleries and scenery of the Macedon area. Brian is a local who knows the area well, and he is flexible and accommodating, with a lovely vehicle.

Planned a customised tour with Brian for the 3 days we were in Hanging Rock. He was meticulous and thoughtful throughout the planning process. Unfortunately, my partner and I fell sick before and during the trip but he did his best to make it a comfortable few days for us and was flexible in altering the schedule as we had to forgo some activities. The highlight of the trip, apart from the Nick Cave concert, was visiting his farm house and enjoying a lovely homemade meal on the verandah overlooking rolling hills, green pastures, and grazing sheep and alpacas. We even got to feed the sheep!We made the best of the trip and Brian’s recommendations for food and drink were all spot on.

From our first contact with Brian, my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by his care in finding out what we were interested in, his local knowledge, and the wonderful day that he put together for us so thoughtfully. Brain’s calm driving and comfortable SUV made for complete peace of mind, so we could relax and focus on enjoying a range of fantastic cellar doors, gin tasting, and a delicious lunch featuring local produce, as well as enjoying all the scenery we drove past. Brian also made some really helpful suggestions about other things we could do during our stay in the Macedon Ranges, and they were all winners. We would recommend Cold Climate Tours without hesitation.

One of the best wine tours we have been on in Australia. Brian is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Within a few minutes of meeting us he recommended some wines we might especially enjoy and he was spot on. The lunch spot was also an excellent recommendation. that we thoroughly enjoyed.We knew very little about the region before this tour but are now converts and will be back to visit all the other places Brian listed for us.
