This is the first home we have had built . We would recommend KITCO Builders to build your new home.We would certainly use Ben & the Kitco Team again . From the initial decision to use them (did my homework and had quotes from other companies), Kitco were the only ones to look at our sloping block .They were fantastic, the cost was competitive and the design and plans were what was agreed on .They worked in conjunction with ourselves , council and our lender to ensure everything went smoothly.The specs were high and the build quality as I would expect from a competent builder. All the staff right from the girls in the office , Trades and site supervisor were very helpful and accommodating with no issues that couldn't be sorted out.Overall both my partner and I are extremely happy with our New HomeH & J Downes

We asked Kitco Builders for a quote to build our new house, about 400km north of Perth. Their quote was very attractive right from the start, and we then asked them to get the ball rolling. It was a pleasure to work with Ben, who guided us through the design and supervised the build. His professional approach made the whole process easy and relaxed, and every question we had was answered, usually in a same-day email reply. The build itself went really well and to a very high standard. Even when we decided to make a change to the location of a door, when the original was already placed in the location on the drawing, he didn't flinch and organised the change. Couldn't have asked for more, really. The end result is exactly what we had in mind. Well done!

Ever since the next day response to my online enquiry, Ben has been very prompt and informative with his replies to my project. Their swift and efficient build process due to their in-house frame fabrication cannot be surpassed and ultimately allows you to live in your brand-new quality home sooner than later. Whether you are looking for a complete start to finish build or if you’re wanting to get your hands dirty from lock-up like me, Kitco and their sub-contractors are professional in all their dealings.

I have read the previous reviews and could not agree more with the comments made.Our home was a different and difficult build for Kitco due to its location on a steep sloping block and a large amount of rock breaking required, however this did not deter Dave, Ben and the excellent tradies that managed and constructed our beautiful home.Because it is a one off home, largely designed by ourselves there were numerous changes along the way that didn't deter Ben at all, and the cost of the changes were very reasonable. If this had been one of the large commercial builders the changes would have been almost impossible or at the very least very expensive.I can't recommend Kitco highly enough for the quality of the build and their efficiency. My wife and I would build with them again in a flash.

We decided on using Kitco to build our new custom home because they listened to our ideas and what we were looking for without trying to talk us out of anything. Ben worked with us to get our ideas into a house plan and was easy to work with. We had our house built to lock up and are very happy with how it turned out. Ben was great with liasing with our chosen local tradies. Sam also answered all my questions promptly and the block and house were left clean and tidy when they finished. I have mentioned Kitco to anyone i speak to who are also looking to build as i would definitely use them if we were to build again.

Kitco homes, completed the build of my house at the end of June this year. I worked with a draftsperson to finalise the design, and what we came up with was a two storey home on a small block (220m2)From the time I took the drawings to Ben at Kitco, I found them brilliant to work with. Ben answered all my queries, of which due to being a perfecionist where quite numerous.Ben was my primary contact at Kitco. And he was brilliant to work with, being a two stoey custom build, there where quite a few complexities and issues to be worked through as we went along, and every time they arose Ben worked with me and addressed everything promptly and professionally, further to that, Ben was really good at keeping me informed of progress, with weekly updates and more often during key stages, which was great, and made me feel involved and at ease, that everything was progressing as per plan.The house was completed within 6 months, and I am really happy with the home that I now live in.
