woefully disorganised and still has not lodged my 2016/2017 business tax returns/ BASes even though they have had them since Nov/ Dec 2017. They needed me to send the same documents again that they received the first time. Blamed me for not sending however were sent with the personal returns which were lodged. NOw two weeks have gone by and still have not lodged them yet I have been charged for and paid for 2 BASes and 1 company return but haven't got what I have paid for. Would not recommend them.

did my 2018 tax return ... only to get an email from the ATO to say I owe the Medicare levy ...due too these guys using pre filled data... my advice is DONT go there... how hard is it too take the time & check all questions prior to logging a tax return... currently in dispute trying to get my money back ..as they failed to do as they were employed too so so... ombersman... will be contacted if their fee is not refunded!!
