Not a great experience here I was moved three times between wards and unlucky enough to have a nurse from hell.TBH I feel my experience here might have been better if I was a private patient and had not been referred from the public system, however I spent about 2 weeks here and 2 weeks in JHH and the public system was much better in every category.

I had a really good experience at Maitland Private for my recent surgery. The staff were so supportive and helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask. Would highly recommend and would happily go back there again. A big thankyou to all the staff who made my stay as easy as possible.

Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Maitland Private. My daughter had Day Surgery today and all the staff were caring and so very helpful. They went well out of their way to make her feel comfortable and calm. We cannot thank you all enough. Would happily recommend Maitland Private to anyone.

Wonderful stay..the nursing staff are amazing ..thank you nurses! The food was excellent..clean and quiet..parking was expensive..but over all such a beautiful plain no frills hospital.

From the process of online admission to how I was greeted when I arrived and the communication and treatment I have received from the nursing staff Throughout my stay, I honestly could not fault a thing.Nobody wants to come to hospital but when it’s done this well it makes it a lot easier to have to be here for a short stay.Thank you to all of the team and if I find myself needing another procedure to be carried out I will definitely be coming back here.
