Goal Solar managers called throughout the morning to check how the job was going ensuring we were satisfied with the install and on completion arrived on site to ensure we were happy with the final job and complete paperwork for our energy company. When we asked for customer references they were provided promptly. The installation went well and the 6.6kw panels + Growatt hybrid inverter is working well alongside our existing Growatt system.

I paid for a battery to be installed onto my existing system.Communication from the outset was poor.The battery finally got installed a month after it was promised.The battery doesn't work properly and is costing me money as it charges from the grid and discharges during the say. I have raised this with them via email twice and over the phone and empty promises about it being looked into keep coming.Avoid this company at all costs.

Adam from Goal solar gave us the best deal and a good solar system for our 3 phase connection. Adam answered all of our questions we wanted to know about the solar system. He was very helpful, explained things about the solar system how it actually works and how efficient it really is and how we will save heaps of money in the financial years.The installation team came out to kingaroy to put our new solar system on. adam smith wanted a deposit up front on the spot without a written quote doesnt listen to what you are saying dont ever think about using them

We have panels on the the roof already and wanted to add a battery. Called and enquired with an heap of Solar companies including the ones that installed the original system. Everyone told us that we need to replace the inverter in order for batteries to be added. Adam was the only person who said it could be done! All installed now and working like a charm. Instillation did lag a bit but had been worth it in the end.You won’t be sorry if you go with Goal Solar!
