Renee was outright rude when I presented my Braun series 9 razor that did not work. I purchased my last 2 electric razors from here but I will never shop there again. Very personable when you want to spend big dollars to buy a razor, but the after sales service is atrocious, go elsewhere!

Love my local shaver shop Renee is always helpful when I go in, and she's honest. There's not been a time when I've been disappointed she knows her stuff.. highly recommended if you're after anything, even if it's not for u personally.

I was after a very basic hair clippers but the sales person was very pushy and rude. He was trying to make me spend over four times the amount I was willing to spend. He also said I have to pick a top tier shavers to get anything decent. Walked out empty handed and bought elsewhere.

The man serving me was very rude, not sure what ruined his day. But he should not take it out on paying cusomers. I will never shop there again. Very disapointed.
