I was needing support with my young adult daughter & had been recommended Rachel - I had never done this type of thing before, always feeling like I was on top of things. I chose to do the 6 sessions & preferred to do them fortnightly so I had enough time to process what I had learned & to bring up new issues to work through. It was incredibly helpful, gave me new insights about relationships & strategies to move forward. Rachel was super great to work with & I am really grateful for my time with her. Highly recommend

Attending Rach's Conflict Resolutions seminar was the nicest self care afternoon I've given myself for a long time. The class was full with other like minded individuals and I found Rachel's delivering 5/5. I walked away from the seminar feeling like the EFT tapping should be taught in schools, workplaces...a community-compulsory!
