Things have changed since the last reviews were written, as I used them when making a decision to use this group, after moving from interstate. The bookkeeper I was allocated could not even get the basics" despite having a brief and notes and all of my invoices etc. I was told I would need to swap to Xero which would make my life easy. That journey was a total nightmare!!. I had to have several meetings (taking me away from my business) with the company to get them to understand basic bookkeeping. After which I was presented with a bill nearly twice the original quote - because they had to allocated a new bookeeper who knew what she was doing to fix up my accounts from the previous staff member! Over promised - under delivered. Be careful."

Counting Sense have been doing our bookkeeping now for 5+ years and we couldn't be happier. They take care of everything and leave us to get on with our core design business. Reports are generated every month and End of Year files go to our Accountant. Easy!

Thank you counting Sense for making sense for for accounting department.The team at counting sense - worked with us to identify and support our exiting (myob) situation. they were able to provide the training and infrastructure (xero) which really helped the company to focus and minimise distractions.We are reconciled daily and in control. Making the switch was scary - and easy. Counting sense helped all the way through the process . If your accounting department seems to be going in circles and contact these guys.
