We were made very welcome. Our test drive booking was on time and they made us the best coffee. Show room clean and well laid out. A good selection of example vehicles but a bit of a wait to get the one we were thinking of buying. Can't be helped I guess. We're allowed all the time we wanted to take the test drive away.. there was absolutely no pressure and we enjoyed our interactions with the team here today. ( PS past experience with Nat Cap Motors left us saying we would never ever deal with them again but John has changed our cautious minds today)

One of the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had. Joseph was very helpful, patient, honest, knowledgeable and kept me informed the all way. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful with no pressure sales. They have one of the best stock availability and shortest delivery times in the country. I wasn't fuss with the colour or model and was able to have my hybrid delivered within 2 months. The same goes to their service department, I have my current Toyota serviced here and will definitely be servicing my new Toyota here too.

My experience purchasing my car at National Capital Toyota in Greenway was a perfect experience. All staff from the Ben from the sales team to Sophie from the finance team were all so friendly and accommodating. The showroom was also extremely well presented. Definitely heading back to National Capital Toyota Greenway when I am next in need of a new car.

I had my 4wd serviced at National capital motors Toyota In Greenway. Have always serviced on time. Recently finished a major service and paifd $1500+ for Toyota log book service. Just a few days out the fuel filter warning appeared on the dash.Called up the service guys and they are busy enough not even to return the call since a week. Worried if my damaging my car by driving it while i keep waiting.Very low standards of workmanship and customer service. No loyalty, all they need is people to book in their service. Once they got your money then bye bye.Im finding a mechanic to put a new fuel filter in. I wont be surprised if these Toyota guys has never replaced it during the service, but just charged me.Oh what a feeling!!
