Mount Ku-ring-gai track to Berowra Station
Relatively hard trek, quite a lot of tree cover and nice water views. Nice for a swim on a hot day. However not many good lunch spots, and parts of the trail are flooded at high tide.

Mount Ku-ring-gai track to Berowra Station
A moderate challenging and long track, grade 4. All trails advises it takes 4.5 hours..we managed to do it in 5 hours moderate pace with a lunch break. We started from Berowa Station from recommendation that its easier and finished at MT Kuringai Station. This track has no toilet facilities and the singage are poor in some areas, would not have been able to do without some guidance. This track is a good mix of bush, creeks and rainforest with some rock scrambling. Definitely a good work out and advisable to do in cooler months.

Mount Ku-ring-gai track to Berowra Station
This is a moderately challenging walk that links Berowra and Mt Ku-ringai train stations, and can be extended to Apple Tree Bay / Bobbin Head. It provides varying experiences of Ku-ring-Gai Chase National Park and Cowan Creek with bush tracks, the remains of the Windybanks boatshed in Waratah Bay and Aboriginal middens on the water’s edge. Steep climbs at either end; there are no facilities en route so take water and snacks.

Ran the track from kuringai to berowra in ~65 mins today. More of a walking track to be honest due to rocky trail that winds along the river. Fantastic experience.(You wouldn't want to run it from berowra to kuringai due to hill at kuringai end!)
