Team Building with Purpose
TBWP facilitated an in-person workshop for a cross-section of our group. The session was highly engaging with the perfect balance of learning opportunities about the work the charity/partner organisation does (in our case, Habitat for Humanity) interlaced with practical challenges to encourage us to reflect on our learnings while also interact with our team. The session provided us with a forum to not only learn more about Habitat for humanity and the housing crisis, but also learn more about our colleagues including their decision process and personal stories and motivations. Our team left the workshop feeling inspired, energised and motivated to work together to make a continued impact.

Cisco engaged with Team Building with purpose as part of our CX (Customer Experience) 2 day off site in Sydney. In partnership with Drought Angels they brought home to us the plight of our Australian rural farm workers and families. Australia has suffered between drought and flood for several years and the impact to these communities is profound. Although we all know this it can be easily ignored in the safety of our big cities. Richard and team made the connection back into these families via Drought Angels very real and very human whilst at the same team keeping the Cisco team upbeat and driven to make a change. The challenges he set us created a strong sense of teamwork and achievement as we tried to do our bit to bring some relief to those doing it tough. As always, Richard added the right amount of humanity and emotion to the session in a very open and genuine way.We loved the engagement and the satisfaction of making a small difference as a team – thanks Richard and Team building with purpose for giving us the chance to come together and do something meaningful and learn a little more about ourselves as a team and as individuals.
