The storage for the kayaks is an absolute joke just stacked them all on top of each other so cramed can't even move around them let alone take a look at what you want do not recommend this store

Big thumbs up to the manager at Ipswich. Super helpful and friendly.I really appreciate how she helped my son and I out.He is now happy with correct fitting hiking shoes.Great job!

I love looking around Anaconda looking at stuff I can't afford!! When did camping get so expensive? Customer service was not really helpful but hey ho!!

On a busy Friday, wow what an awful experience. The staff were loud, abrupt and lacking basic customer service skills.A security tag left a hole in the shirt I purchased, after it was removed by your staff member. When I returned it for a refund a few minutes later, it was DEMANDED by your staff that I provide my name, phone number, address and driver licence number. Are you serious??Never going back and will make a formal complaint about this - your staff need training in legislation, especially in regards to privacy and damaged goods returns. As for Anaconda 'policy' about collecting such data, I suggest that the OIC may have something to say about this.

I understand it’s Ipswich , you probably get so many people stealing from this store , but that’s why you guys have insurances to cover that right ? , I spend so much money in here on a for-nightly basis it’s was my go to place to for clothes shopping , but unfortunately due to a staff member of yours following me around the store , I just ended up leaving, I didn’t feel like a valued customer I just felt intimidated and disgusting knowing I was being followed around the shop , and I’m sure you guys get this a lot and it’s probably means nothing , but I won’t be returning to this particular store again , thanks for the good times we did have .

Excellent customer service the lovely cashiers were patient and helpful and we looked for a product that said out of stock in the scanner but cashier knew of one that was returned brand new unused. I've been here few times and can't fault the customer service. Lots of great products and love that if you're a club member you get massive discounts so join the club it's free!

Ipswich Anaconda is a modern store only a couple of years old, large, clean and spacious.Stock is variable and some of their own brands like Dometic are cheaper and average quality.Other products are really good value due to their buying power.On Sundays it's mostly staffed by juniors who do lack some customer service skills.You can wonder around aimlessly without any real assistance even though the store is really empty.When I got to the counter the young girl was busy reading their latest catalogue and looked annoyed that I wanted to be served. Her manner was unenthusiastic and bland.I prefer to shop online and do click and collect due to the lack of good service.

While I was walking in to the Ipswich store today, some young men were so excited about their baskets full of stock, and were running so fast that they ran straight past the registers, out of the store and drove off! That kind of experience dulled my insignificant but legitimate purchase of sandals and a beanie. Fun fact: A Pom Pom on a beanie typically indicates it’s for female gender, but unisex beanies exist (with Pom poms). What a nonsensical construct. As an obsessive autist, I removed the Pom Pom from a unisex beanie.
