Terrible EXPERIANCES, overpriced donated products, and a rude unhelpful manager. A picture was on the sales floor unpriced, among those for sale, we wanted to buy it, and was told NO, because it was as yet unpriced". After 3 days the item had not yet been priced with a freindly call each morning to check. So I spoke to the area manager

This store has a massive arrange of womans clothing but not many mens cloths. Its also has books, toys, shoes, furniture, household items and many more. This is my favourite op shop in the area.

Somewhat of a mega store, its large and open plan layout allows for not only a broad range of floor stock to choose from, but also results in a high turn over of items. Everything can be found here, from clothes to kitchen wares, home decor and furniture, all the way around to books, collector items and jewellery of all types. The network of staff are fantastic, extremely helpful and so friendly. Prices can get quite expensive, but you can also find yourself some great bargains too. The store is kept very clean and well organised, creating an efficient shopping experience.

I was absolutely discussed in the staff as they wernt going to let a lady off 1.10 I will never be donating or buying from this shop again it so disappointing to see that happened I will also be telling people I know not to as we all donate really good top quality stuff

Fine vinnies. Easy to get to off the main road through Traralgon and decent amount of parking. The staff weren't very warm and friendly but the range was ok. Got a few cool things. Heaps of clothes and reasonable amount of bric a brac and books but not much furniture.

Absolutely disgusting to see a Christian store with such high prices! You guys are meant to be a store to help people and yet your prices are so expensive!! Not ok! Also some of your staff are so bloody rude!

I liked this shop when it was closer to the centre of town, but now they've moved into this location I'm even happier with what they have to offer. A bigger, well laid-out store with an impressive range of clothing, homewares, art and craft supplies, books and media. I always try to visit this place when I'm in Traralgon!
