The Pet Shop Eastgardens

Breaks my heart to see people still supporting places like this, from unethical breeders, while there are so many beautiful dogs to be rescued from shelters.The RSPCA has announced their at capacity, and about to expect their annual christmas boom, from people coming and buying puppies from breeders, at stores like this, for christmas presents, and then dumping them a few months later. So for the sake of these poor dogs, get some good karma, and adopt from an actual rescue shelter, instead of buying a puppy from a breeder (who will most likely dump their mother too, after they've cruelly bred her year after year, until she's so unwell she can't continue).

Always have a cute puppy and kitten, and all cutes animal. But coz my place can't have any furry babies so we just get some fishes here. Service are great too.

Nice store, plenty of items despite being quite a small space at the top floor of Eastgardens Westfield. Any problem is that apart from the actual animals which have prices on them, nothing else has prices. So if you're looking for a toy for your beloved pet, there are 50 options and you have to ask them the price of each item before you can decide what to get.

All in one place for all you pet needs. Nicely situated near the cinema entrance on the top floor. They have a great variety of live animals within from rabbits, Guinea pigs, dogs, cats, mice and fish. As well as all their accessories and foods.

I go to The Pet Shop in Eastgardens Westfield to buy my rabbit’s food and treat supplies. They stock Oxbow which is a great brand with quality ingredients. The shop is really way too small for the amount of products they stock, making it very cramped and difficult to manoeuvre around. They often have little puppies, cats and rabbits that you can purchase; as well as fish.

Nice pet store which I like to visit whenever I am shopping at Eastgarden.The staff are always friendly and welcoming .They do have a good selection of products for pets and they all very knowledgeable.

After visiting a different pet store selling puppies a few days ago, and seeing the truly heartbreaking conditions, I felt compelled to write a review on Peta and her team, even though I got my furbabies over 4 years ago.When I got my puppies, I was given super clear guidelines on how to take care of them, when to treat for worms, flea and ticks, how to clean their ears and brush their teeth, what to feed them and how often.... etc. They were in large enclosures with buddies, food, water and toys. They are clearly taken care of. Great experience!!Fast forward 4.5 years, I have two incredible, loving, and healthy furbabies.

Staff are always so friendly. Range of pets (and supplies) for cats, dogs, birds, fish, rodents (rabbits, guinea pigs, mice and rats). The cats/kittens are often from rescue shelters. They also do more niche pets like hermit crabs, stick insects, tarantulas and scorpions.

Tonight there was such a helpful lady serving me and my partner. She even checked if the aquarium plants where safe for my sons axolotl. She was a very good sales women, very kind and respectful and engaging with good informative info. I can't remember your name buy with service like that I'll definitely be back.
