As an end user, of the Inner-Range products supplied by CSD, I'm surprised at the high star rating. There are virtually no technicians to support my product. They do have installers who can't (or won't) support older product, preferring to sell new systems. There is nothing wrong with my system, as a matter of fact it's been a faultless system, however, the parroted excuse is if something was to go wrong

This company has serious stock and backup service issues, they can't even email a serial key for software that has been paid for in advance, instead they have to freight a A4 sheet of paper with it on it 3 days later. We have now stopped buying 80% of the product we require from this company and the last 20% will be ending soon.
