I went there today with my friend and we both got neck, shoulder & back massages. The staff here are really friendly and the atmosphere is great. There are rooms for privacy and luxury chairs for people getting other services done. This is definitely one of the best massages I've had and I shall be recommending this place to my friends.

Lovely people, parts of the massage were wonderful, some parts were a bit painful. I started to get sore a few hours later, & the next day I could barely move because of the pain, had bruising all over my back.

Had 2 massages here. First one, dry massage was good. Next time I asked for same person but not there, no matter. They pointed to the top of their services (hot oil) , I said no i wanted a dry massage and pointed to the one i wanted at the lower section of board. Very ordinary massage, and she used oil. Charged for the oil massage, which was$ 30 more. Argued that that was not what I asked for, stating that I had pointed out what I wanted very clearly , but they wouldnt back down on their price. Ended up paying as I didnt have the time to argue but will never go there again! So watch the communication there( few speak good english) if you go! Better still go elsewhere.

I have 2 or 3 massages a month and I've never had anything less than a great experience at Body and balance.

Terrible customer service. Here is Australia, not China. You should have staff who can speak English at least for simple conversations. Two times they wasted my time because of poor understanding and poor communication. I will never come back again.

I had the most uncomfortable massage here. I’ve had massages before by men which is fine but this massage put me off for life. He was heavy breathing and whispering and burping during the massage I couldn’t wait for it to end and then charged a 2% surcharge because I paid by card. I ve had a massage here before by a female which was really good which is why I came back but I will definately never go back after this experience.

This place was horrible. They should be shut down. Body and balance in Know near the bookstore. We had a foot massage and a neck, shoulder and back massage. Mine was terrible and she was using her elbow on my boney body. I had to ask her to use her hands which had no pressure at all. My daughter experienced a similar massage and came out in pain.By far The worst massage ever!!!
