Not happy with our pool tile company tiles, cracks in our glass mosaics are apparently an acceptable fault even though they weren't there when they came out of the box less than a year ago. Very unhappy with our pool tiles and Crown pools.

We just received amazing service from Liz here. All questioned were answered instantly and decisions were made really quickly. Great displays and you can take away samples of your preferred items. Well worth coming all the way out to their new location by the airport. Thank you!

I don't usually post 1 star reviews but felt it necessary in this case. After purchasing sandstone tiles for our outdoor room and pool we made a second visit in order to purchase a sealer. We thought the best place to go was from the specialist tile company we had bought the sandstone from a couple of weeks earlier. We came in requesting advise on which sealer to use on the sandstone product we had purchased from them. We explained it was necessary we do this asap as there was some red clay soil in the yard. The lady quickly recommened a $500 product for 10L worth and told us this would be successful in repelling any clay soil. We followed instruction and used 2 coats of the product with the recommeneded 2hrs ( we left 4hrs ) between coats. Anyway 1 week later fence people came to install our pool fence and of the clay soil from their footprints temained on the brand new sandstone tiles. We have red clay smothered all over our new tiling which cannot be removed. The product fails abismally in doing what was recommended.In hindsight we should have gone to bunnings maybe we would have received better advise. In summary they are not the experts. Their service is rushed and sloppy. I will go elsewhere next time.

I contacted several pool tile companies seeking a colour and style match on a pool tile I had found overseas. The service I received from the Pool Tile Company was the best. Excellent range, good product photography. Highly recommended.
