We are so (SO!) glad that Sorella was a part of our wedding day. The food was absolutely delicious, and we got amazing feedback from our guests about the quality, portions and incredibly friendly service. We were so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to what they do.My wife and I felt so taken care of on the day. From the snack packs (we're still dreaming of that smoked feta) to the attempts to make sure we ate throughout the night - we really appreciated their attention to detail and thoughtfulness.We really hope we get to enjoy more food from Sorella in the future, we certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality caterer who knows exactly what they’re doing.

We made a trip to a venue just to try this food truck. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The pasta dishes were fresh, flavoursome and decadent without being too heavy. Highly recommend the arancini as well. The lemon curd doughnut balls are also a nice treat to end on.

Sorella did a wonderful job catering for our wedding. At our request, they were able to cater and accomodate a fully vegetarian/ vegan menu at no extra expense, and it tasted amazing. They were very professional, organized, and supportive in our decisions and organisation of the wedding day.The staff at Sorella are very friendly, experienced, timely and flexible. They arrived early at our wedding reception and did an incredible job at setting up and facilitating the dinner event. Our guests would go out of there way to tell us how wonderful the catering was and how incredible the food tasted.

We had an amazing experience with Sorella & Co at our home. We hosted a Christmas Party for 130 people and Hayley and her team were amazing!!! The food truck was parked in our driveway and it just came alive at night time when the doors were open. They had candles and inside the truck is gorgeous white pressed tiles. The whole vibe" is just super cool and chic. Not only that the wait staff were incredibly seamless and professional. There uniforms were stylish and their experience was second to none. Because the truck was outside it meant there was more "real estate" for guests to mingle inside. Hayley and her team also served drinks and cleaned as they went. The FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! We had 4 canapés and 2 main dishes and everything was delicious. I feel like half of my party text me the next day exclaiming that they wanted more of the mushroom arancini balls!! Hayley basically brought this party together for me

Hayley, Rachel and the Sorella team helped us have the most beautiful day, catering and coordinating our recent wedding.From our very first phone call, Hayley and Rachel went above and beyond, putting in so much effort and care to plan every detail perfectly. We felt incredibly supported and relaxed every step of way.On top of this, when the February floods hit Brisbane our venue (family property) was affected heavily. Hayley was so quick to call to check in with us, offer their support in the clean up and even to drop over meals.On the day, Hayley’s wedding coordination background shone. Her experience and attention to detail brought everything together so beautifully, and her professionalism made the whole day run seamlessly. We couldn’t have found a more genuine, thoughtful and generous person to look after us on the day.The catering was absolutely delicious and all beautifully presented. We have had many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food and the amazing service too.We can’t thank and recommend Hayley, Rach and the entire Sorella team enough!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I can't compliment the staff at Sorella & Co highly enough!I got in touch with Hayley to see if she could accommodate a large work event at the last minute (200+ people). Hayley was an absolute delight to work with from day one and walked me through every step of the event catering, also linking me up with other vendors and companies who helped make the night a success. Her wealth of knowledge in the industry and contacts is like no-one else's and I highly recommend reaching out for any event, big or small.Rachel was also amazing all night, so approachable and helpful. I wish I could list all of the other staff individually as they were all stars. Positivity and professionalism beyond expectation.Last but in no way least, the FOOD! Wow! Guests were complimenting all night and one commented that the arancini's were the best they had tried since travels to Italy. The grazing table was beautiful and always maintained to be tidy and everything was so delicious. 10+ for food all round, it was the show stopper for our event and people were raving about it.I look forward to working with Sorella & Co in the future and am so happy we found them:)Woodcut team x

We were lucky enough to book Sorella & Co for our wedding. Not only was the food delicious (our guests loved it!) but the Sorella & Co Team were so lovely to work with. Not only do they do wedding catering but also furniture hire - they are the perfect place to start when planning an event. A big shout out to Hayley who was an absolute dream to work with. Honestly could not recommend Sorella & Co enough!

Sorella & Co catered our wedding, and we absolutely loved their service, their food, their friendliness and we could not recommend them more.From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, organised and professional – the whole process was seamless and they helped us iron out so many details of the day which was well beyond what they had to do for us!On the day, everyone was so well fed, and so happy with it, it honestly put everyone in the best mood and all our guests were very complimentary. Everything on their menu is next level, you cannot go wrong and it was very hard to choose. It's also great value, super generous, and you can rest assured that no one will be hungry!!! The service during the day was also amazing, I can't express how organised and savvy Hayley and Rachel are - you don't need to stress about a thing.The cherry on top was the fact their van is super cute (and they add an olive tree!), their place settings are stunning and they are also so well presented - so aesthetic!Book Sorella! <3

Hayley, Rachel and the entire Sorella & Co. team are fantastic!On our original wedding date in 2021, we found out mid-morning that we were going into a snap lockdown. Hayley and the team were so amazing, on the phone straight away to offer support, and even delivering a platter to us before we went into lockdown! They set up not far from where a lot of our family live for takeaway that night, and many of us were able to enjoy a preview of our wedding meal - it definitely took the edge off that day!!They were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding at Lightspace in March, our guests absolutely raved about the food - it was so delicious and generous!Hayley has a wedding planning background, and it really shows - her attention to detail, support and professionalism were amazing! The little details she suggested (like chips between the ceremony and reception for the kids - that was a hit!), made all the difference. She was with us every step of the way, and on the night made sure everything ran like clockwork, especially making sure our guests with dietary requirements were looked after.The food was absolutely beautiful, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Hayley and Rachel!
