This company knows how to play games. And they are very good at it. If you like to waste your time, and money, then use them.First of all, you can talk to a switchboard person who is bad at listening, then you can never talk to their customer service team because they would never answer your call. What's better next? you can expect your parcel would never get delivered because they promise to come and never turned up!Wow, who can beat these incompetent people?

Wow, I'm absolutely shocked by how unprofessional, rude, and incompetent the drivers / delivery people are for this company. Just had a fairly big piece of furniture delivered, clearly marked fragile - driver just let it flop off hand dolly onto our porch then left it sitting in a puddle and refused to help me move it to a more suitable location. Thanks for damaging my order, soaking me with water and being a rude POS.

Avoid this company at all costs - somehow managed to loose a large, over 20KG parcel. You have one job, and that's to deliver parcels. A parcel doesn't just go missing, it gets stolen. A lost and found database would've easily found this parcel based on keywords, but instead, it's deemed to be lost in transit. How can you justify loosing something in transit of such large dimensions? Again, it was stolen, not lost. Avoid at all costs; it is not worth the headaches.

After reading the bad reviews I had low expectations and was worried that my item wouldnt turn up and decided I'd give it 14 days before I'd take action.item arrived sooner than I expected ...3 days (regional) and the delivery driver a lot friendlier than expected.better tracking would be my only suggestion for improvement.

Definitely agree with the reviews that they 'lose' your parcels. I ordered a big piece of furniture from a furniture store that uses this company to deliver. The item was somehow 'lost'.Are you kidding me? How can a big piece of parcel be lost?As one of the reviewers mentioned, you just wonder who they hire as drivers and whether they have proper screening or due diligence process?Customer support is non-existence except for the constant 'it is on its way, give it time etc.' rubbish. Over two weekends and my parcel was not even scanned at any depot; doesn't that raise alarm bells that something is not right? Or is the driver doing a road trip around the entire Australia non-stop with endless fuel?Additionally, do management / owners even care whether they are 'losing' parcels regularly? Management probably just as bad as their drivers!These fools will continue to rob you.

By far the worst freight service I have ever dealt with. Over a week from Keysborough to Kilsyth and we still don't have our consignment. Told ever day that it is scanned on board for delivery" and everyday that it doesn't arrive we are given an excuse as to why it wasn't delivered

Bluestar picked up my new beds & mattresses on 25Oct22 from Peacelily Sleep and after 2 weeks of holding the goods they still can't advise when it will be delivered. So Peacelily Sleep arranged another courier service who delivered our beds within 24hrs. Bluestar still have our original beds, hopeless courier company.

4 days and counting for important shipment between our supplier in Melbourne and our factory in Brisbane. Nobody from Bluestar knows where the goods at. Choose this company and you will risk to turn your manufacturing schedule upside down.

Absolute joke, their couriers are pathetic. After waiting 7 weeks for items to be delivered, we were advised of a 2.5 hour window in which the items would be delivered. Half an hour after that, and a further 40 minutes on the phone being transferred 6 times, there was still no delivery, and no indication of when items would arrive. The next business day, same story - we were advised of a 1 hour window, and after chasing up the delivery after waiting another half hour, was then advised that it would be another hour away. When it finally arrived on the third attempt, the item was significantly damaged.To say staff are incompetent is a massive understatement. Overall a pathetic experience, an excessive waste of time, and a huge disappointment on what really is a pretty simple process task.
