Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I wouldn’t be here today without all the help and support I received.I started coming here for a Victim of Crime. Then I came back because of domestic violence. I am so much stronger and now know my self worth. Thank you for treating me like me and not a number. I can’t thank you all enough. You make me feel like I’m wanted and someone wants to help me.

My partner was referred to this clinic to see April? based on a family session prior to a family law matter due in the courts. After her giving the other party more time perhaps due to them always running late ? We were given 40 mins of a hour session, in turn did not allow time to appriciate the delicate situation. This so called psychologist got it very wrong and years later we are suffering. After 20 years working in the medical field, including psychologists it was a disgrace and disservice to two young children and their Father that still suffer from a less than incompetent government subsidised service.I personally recommend anyone in this position to refuse there service and use the qualified and very experienced services in the court house, these people have seen crocodile tears before.

I've been seeing Michael Warner for quite a while now, he has been integral to helping me recover and sort my life and thoughts out and genuinely listening when I am trying to get my thoughts together. He has given me good strategies to deal with a lot of the issues I am having as well, and is always brushing up on seminars and other things to stay up to date.If you're concerned because of the other reviews, please don't be, it's a great place with good people working here. Even the receptionists have gone above and beyond to really try to help me out.

Very, very poor and totally unprofessional.There was absolutley no research done whatsoever! The Federal Court Orders were not even consulted before the Family Report was written. The councellor only took one side and never checked that was he told her was even true! The report we recieved was based on this mans lies and his own personal take on things, there was no Qualifying done whatsoever....so this report can be pulled apart piece meal and proven to be extremley biased, untruthfull, badly worded and none if the information checked at all!A little girls life hangs in the balance here and she deserves the MOST PROFESSIONAL, IMPARTIAL, UNBIASED AND QUALIFIED REPORT DONE.THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED!IF YOU HAD DONE YOUR HOMEWORK U WOUKD HAVE KNOWN YOU WERE BEING LIED TO FLAT OUT BY A VERY MANIPULATING MAN AND HIS GIRLFRIEND ( Who should NEVER have been included in the interview, that was not on your directions fron the Federal Court)I am in this field, and our report is totally based on what you were told by the ither side.....SHAME SHAME SHAME on you for not checking....at the extrene very least...THE FEDERAL COURT ORDERS!!!Then you mught have learnt that everything he told you was untrue!!I hope our judge can see tbrough your horrible biased wording and see that you did not do any home work or Qualify that what he told you was ALL untrue!You should be REPRIMANDED for such SHODDY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK!!I STRONGLY RECCOMEND THAT NO ONE USES THIS BUSINESS IN FAMILY MATTERS.YOU WILL NOT GET AN IMPARTIAL OR FACTUAL FINDING FROM HERE....NOR ANY SCOPE FOR LISTENING AND WHAT THE CHILD DISCLOSED WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE REPORT EITHER, AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN!THE ONLY THING IN THE REPORT IS WHAT THE OPPOSITION TOLD YOU!PATHETIC, PATHETIC PATHETIC....And you call yourself a professional.Psycology 101 ....u Qualify what information you are given...by both sides! Not just one! Then you at the very least 'go over' or at least peruse the Federal Court Orders!Why didnt you do that?If you did...then you would have known straight away that we hadnt seen her for 5 months before that morning. Thats what happens when children are witheld from the other parent.Where on earth did unsupervised access twice a week occuring since Feb of this year come from? ....oh, i know, HE JUST TOLD YOU THAT and ...what? You just believed him?Poor, poor form....miss 'im the professional so you just shut up'!Everything that you agreed with, with him can very easily be proven false and WILL BE!IF i were you id be paniking about now.....its too easily proven that you just believed what was spouted at you.....Um....how ling have you been doing this again?All i can say is...VERY POOR FORM!TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMLEY BIASED AND NOTHING QUALUFIED!YOU SHOULD BE SACKED!!

I've seen many psychologist over my life but none have come close to the quality service I received. I started seeing Michael as a counsellor after being recommended by my GP. In our first session he recognised things in me that no other doctor, counsellor, or psychologist has. After a couple more sessions he recommended that I see Linda who specialises in the areas I needed. Her level of expertise was amazing. Both of these practitioners brought with them incredible professionalism, empathy, and compassion, and I couldn't recommend them higher.Even the rest of the staff at Mirrool offered such a high level of service. I came at them with many questions and requests for explanations and deeper understanding and Chris, Ruth and Kate each handled them with patience and kindness, walking me through the whole process.I have so much gratitude for the whole team in helping me to understand myself on a whole new level.Highly recommended.

Massive gaps between appointments, Michael Warner just spends his time telling you about other clients after three sessions I still haven’t been able to get out what I should of in one session starting to feel like a big waste of timeDoes any one have any recommendations somewhere else please

Although the ratings are not the greatest I did not experience this from this business, from the front receptionist to my Counselor Kylie who was the utmost professional, I had years of trauma and anxiety and lacked skills and tools to go through obstacles, I would recommend her hands down to anyone for counseling. Great Work Kylie 2 years of my life worth the journey

Very disappointing. I heard about the Councillors life for an hour. Some not so nice things happened to his family members. He asked me 2 questions. One was about my job. He basically quoted men and from mars women are from venus and the time was up. I left even more concerned that i would never find someone to talk to about my issues. I was given a generic printed sheet about communication even though he had no idea why i was actually there. He happily took my $150 even through i was crying at the end and told him that i would not be back. Even the receptionist knew I would not be back. It is totally unethical to talk about your own families suicides when you have no idea where your clients mindset is. Someone needs to look into the validity of this service. I left there feeling worse than when i got there.
