My wife and I were on holidays in qld and I lost my wallet and we needed a short loan but because my wife had a nsw licence and id apparently we were told they only help customers in there local area and could not help us. They are the most useless and unprofessional ppl I've met and to top it off there staff dress like circus freaks with multi coloured beards and look like crack head's and have the worst pr skills and educations.

I recently went in with my finance to buy a specific ring. Unfortunately when we arrived one of the lovely jewellery experts informed us it was unable to be resized for my extremely tiny hands. She allowed us to purchase the ring and take it to a jeweller for his opinion on resizing. When he told us the same thing we were able to return it for a refund and was able to choose another ring. Both girls that helped us out were awesome and super helpful :)

These guys are nothing but a bunch of rip off merchants who will try and get anything for less than its valued for and then sell it more than double the price. I sold them a violin, they gave me $65 for it, I went in the next day to find that violin is now on sale for over $500. If they can make a killing at your expense then they will. Don't sell your stuff to them, sell it on gumtree

I buy a lot from Cash Converters, and I have bought items from the Ipswich shop before.Today I drove to the Ipswich store to buy an Ampeg cabinet they had priced at $799. Retail side was pleasant to deal with.When I went into the buys side to get a trade value for my one one FIVE cabinet, the young guy there was rude and unpleasant to deal with.Safe to say they lost a sale and I will save myself the trip to Ipswich from now on.

There's not too much to say about this, it's just like any other Cash Converters really. The staff are friendly and the product range is vast. I enjoy going to Cash Converters because you never know what to expect each time entering since the products available change so frequently.
