The team and the facilities are first class. The care and education that they provide are wonderful. And the challenges of 2020 were handled exceptionally well. A big thank you to the educators past and present who looked after Charlee for the past year. We know that she will be well prepared for her next step when she moves on at the end of the month.

The Nido Greenwood staff are second to none and have treated us with love, care and understanding that in my opinion surpasses no other.The connection my child has with the educators is beautiful to watch and it really allows me to have peace of mind that my child is not only watched' during the day but cared for and educated. I have seen friendships encouraged and I feel this is important for the little ones to learn early.The facilities are beautiful and I love the use of the technology for security and apps for child updates and events.I think the world of the team at Nido Greenwood and a massive thank you!"

Our daughter has experienced incredible kindness, education and friendships at Nido Greenwood. Having come from another day care previously, we have watched her thrive under their care and we are so grateful that every day we dropped her off she was happy, confident and safe. Please have a word with your educators about driving and following road safety rules. Friday evening i was shocked to be almost crashed into by a blue bmw and red suzuki at 6.35pm.YOU need to STOP at your exit and wait for people who are passing on coolibah drive. NOT just keep driving out your parking area without even stopping.If the way you drive reflects on the way the kids are looked after, i will ensure i never look at a Nido centre

Nido Early School in Greenwood offers so much more than just a childcare service. It really provides us families with a premium early childhood education experience. Our daughter has been enrolled at the service since July this year, and the tangible bonds that have been formed between our daughter, the management her educators, other families and their children is astounding. There is a genuineness in the nurturing, attention to detail and interactions which I haven’t come across before.The technology and platforms used to communicate billing information, daily observations (the care taken and detail provided in these daily reports is second to none, complete with photographs and theory to back a very strong all-encompassing curriculum).The manager, Lauren, is always professional, accommodating and works tirelessly with her AMAZING team to ensure children and families are always put first. The beautiful spaces and facilities are not only aesthetically pleasing, but create a relaxed, calm environment in a multi-sensory stimulating environment. Aroha’s speech, gross and fine motor skills, social skills and comprehension has developed in leaps and bounds. The activities and experiences always incorporate respect for the environment and everything and everyone in it. We feel so lucky to have our daughter’s foundation for her bright future being laid by some of the most beautiful people we have met!

The team at Nido Greenwood are amazing!My son has been attending this centre for sometime now and absolutely loves it. The staff are always so helpful and understanding. My sons needs are always met. It’s actually a struggle to get him to come home most days. The playground and rooms are amazing. The daily activities and learning experiences always impress me!Lauren does a fantastic job as the centre manger. The team in the nursery and toddler one rooms are amazing, and have helped my son flourish over the year. Looking forward to many great years ahead with such a lovely centre!

I did work placement here and wow. Not only is the centre beautiful but so is the staff. The level of care is like no where else I've ever seen. 10/10 would recommend.

My 2 daughters attend Kindy 1 and Kindy 2. Lovely staff, as soon as we arrive at the centre their educators greet them by name and with a smile, help them to engage in activity or read while they assimilate. Whenever they are upset they are always being comforted, which I have seen when arriving at various times. I have seen my girls come a long way and they are now excited to attend. I attribute this to the calm environment (considering child care ;-) ) and caring educators. The staff are quick to respond to all queries and happy to chat about how the child is doing and their progress.The rooms and outdoor play area is also amazing!Definitely recommend

We had a terrible experience with this child care. It’s been a week or so & we still cannot get over it. It was my 2 year old second orientation. I went to pick her up after 30 mins. This is what I saw from the window: it was happening outside the toddler room. my child was on floor crying. She looked so distressed. the staff ( Shannon) was next to her completely ignoring her crying, packing away crafting materials. She was moving around my child while she was doing it. My child was following her movements to manage to hold her leg . The staff pulled it away, sending my child drop further leaving her extremely upset. But unfortunately was ignored again until the staff realised my older one came to pick up her sister from floor.The way the manager( Lauren)dealt with it was very disappointing. She didn’t show enough sympathy & sensitivity towards our feeling but a lot protection for her staff.Rather than let her staff face any disciplinary consequence, she ‘s decided keep her & make her from being a casual to a permanent. When I said people with this attitude shouldn’t work in child care, she said she needs give her a chance to learn as she had little experience. How ridiculous! Neglecting a child has nothing to do experience but work ethics! Worker with terrible attitude is ok & can get away with it here.My child has stopped any carry ons with attending, but we got charged today for her next month session. Enough says , yes , staff & business are their priority sadly not your child !

It’s a tough & often under appreciated job being a childcare worker, but everyone I’ve spoken with at Nido since my daughter went into the nursery has come across as being a genuinely caring person. Mistakes may be made, but it’s not from lack of effort or compassion. The logistics of running early childcare centres are insane and it’s hard to find quality, long-term employees. Taylah in the nursery is an absolute saint and a beautiful person. The babies & Nido are very lucky to have her. Same goes for Nicole! Thanks for all your tireless hard work, ladies!
