We tried a few different swim schools and we know this place is by far the best. We see our girls improving, thriving and happy. For lessons before Christmas, Diane prepared some fun activities. I saw her creating a horse with pool noodles for all children and they could hold onto the handles and try riding them in the pool. It was like seeing a magician. The lessons are packed full of creative ideas and planned well. We are happy to find you. Thank you.

We have a great experience with them teachers are very good.

After a few years coming here we left a couple of weeks back. I was left bewildered by the lack of care and rudeness of one staff member in particular. After my boys having a lot of time off due to ear surgery, they came back to swimming lessons for start of term four. What a mistake that was!My older son was asked by Tracey to retrieve a noodle from the side of the pool for his swimming lesson only to be screamed at by Diane who thought he was taking it to free play. At the time Diane was meant to be teaching her own group! When my husband and I tried to explain that Tracey had asked him to, she gave turned her back and shouted that “she couldn’t talk” due to “supervising” her own students. Yet had her eyes everywhere but on her students and had the time to shout at my son and who was already feeling anxious about coming back after such a long time off.My other son was meant to have Mason for his lesson but he was given someone else who was training. He told my son to jump in and he went under the water I had to reach in and pull him up whilst Mason was alone with the one other student in the group the whole time!After ALL of this no one reached out to apologise. I left a comment at the desk explaining why we were leaving after just one lesson back but no one seemed to care...I’m a teacher I work with students and parents every day and I know if I ever yelled at a student or parent the way Diane did at us over such a pathetic reason, I would lose my job on the spot! Even if he was taking the noodle to free play!?! Did it really need a May Day reaction!? He was asked by HIS OWN SWIM TEACHER to retrieve it!Next time, maybe keep your eyes on your own swimming group and the student teachers who are asking the kids to jump in without understanding what the child can do yet….What a joke!

This is amazing swim school. I don't know how Diane is do it, but kids became swim very fast. My 6 y.o.son started swim independently on a 3rd lesson of Holiday program!!! I was impressed. Good learning, kids trust to their instructors.My 5 y.o.daugter started to swim independently after one term of learning when she still was 4. Now she like a fish who can't stop swimming.Small groups, no more than 4 students in 1 group. U can see the progress from lesson to lesson. I'm so happy with Diane and Sylvia!!! Highly recommend.
