I would like to thank Michael for his customer service today. I turned up without booking my car in. On the way to work at 4.20am my car told me I had something wrong.Michael had a look at the nail sticking out of my tyre.Unfortunately for me it could not be fixed. Michael checked his stock and lucky for me they had a tyre that matched my others.Michael explained they were busy, I was happy to wait. They have chairs and tv to sit and wait. I was reading my book and only 45 minutes wait and my car was ready.I appreciate your help today Michael.5 stars for your customer service.

Thanks to Danny on the front counter and the boys. I desperately needed a wheel balance on ‘new wheels’ I bought from another shop and at the last minute he fit me in, done a great job AND was reasonably priced. Cheers guys!

Great mechanics! I've taken my car here on three separate occasions (coolant leak, full warranty service and today, a battery issue)- doesn't matter what it is, they always solve the problem in the most cost-efficient and timely manner. Michael and Danny (and their team), are very knowledgeable, efficient, and do a great job. The quotes are always fair and they always have my car back to me as soon as possible. They are also just really nice guys. I really trust this team and feel grateful to have found them.

Went other day to get rego and asked them to look at my A/C that had a mind of its own. With in the hour they processed my pink slip, found the aircon problem + fixed it and offered me coffee.The bill wasn’t that bad for good service.You want reliable, here it is..100% recommend.Now I know where to bring in my send car next month for rego and reliable service.

Terrible service from Michael (the old guy behind the desk)Got my tyre patched down the road within minutes of being told it was impossible from Goodyear. (Was also told more horror stories about them)He then tried to charge me 25 dollars for looking at my tyre and to top it off was taunting and being argumentive.I hope you are the ownerIm a male who knows about cars so I couldn’t imagine how these guys would treat women or the elderlySteer Clear !!!!!!!

I recently changed tyres with Goodyear Wollongong and very satisfied the way the service the car and the price is quite reasonable as well. The staff are very nice and explained in details about the service. I would love to go back again.thanksMeg

Brought my car to this service to regular check/maintenance and got really bad experience and service.1. It was few months ago and during Covid time, but the receptionist ( a old man) pull down his face mask to his neck, and keep contacting with people. Only wear it properly way when I requested.2. While discussing with me about the quotation, he got the call and just picked up the phone, keep talking with someone on phone without saying a word to me. Made me waiting for nearly 10 minutes3. The worst part: they quote me 870 AUD for all service, and note that the price can be A BIT HIGHER. And when I came back to get my car, they ask me to pay nearly 1200 AUD (means 25% higher) because something is not in the quote. Its unacceptableNever come back again.
