The staff are so lovely… they are compassionate, kind & patient. I do not cope well at all when there is something wrong with my Chihuahua, but they were all so comforting & didn’t make me feel silly for panicking. I am grateful we have such a wonderful animal hospital nearby if anything happens to Jet again. Thank you all so much.

I brought my little Lola in at 5 am in heart failure. The nurse understood the condition she was in, was caring and professional. The vet was just the same. They were caring thoughtful and respectful. My kids while it was traumatic will say it was the right outcome. They knew like us it was time and wasted no time. The vet was just beautiful. I’m an ICU nurse and am often in the same situation. I learnt a lot from her. An awful but great experience

Amazing place. Amazing and professional people. Cannot thank the staff enough for taking the time to see my boy cat Max and explaining everything in detail to us. He was seen straight away after a referral from our vet. They were very thorough which is what I wanted. 1.5 hours and less than 700 bucks later we were on our way home with him and his medication! - I did notice FYI they offer VetPay - (Hopefully won’t be back for any more emergencies however!) thank you team, we really appreciate your help today :)

Obviously taking any pet to the vet can be very distressing and emotional especially when they are very unwell. I appreciate the staff and vet being very compassionate when I brought in my cat after she was unable to walk and use her back legs. However when I went to pick her up I wasn’t given a proper handover and how she was and what to look for if she goes downhill. I understand that vets can be extremely busy places and I could have asked the questions, however I didn’t know the right questions to be asking and thought it would have been better to get more information than she can eat, take her bandage off when you can home and call us if you are worried. Getting her home and her still struggling to walk and not being told that this would happen and that she would have a slow recovery has also been distressing.

It's been a rough time with our little girl girl beetle, coming in initially for what we thought was a stomach upset to find out she has cancer. The staff here have been wonderful, Clear in their communication, and amazing with updates. No one wants to be in this kind of situation but they have made it as good of an experience as it could possibly be.

My boy Logan was rushed to this vet on Sunday. I cannot fault the treatment that he received. The staff were absolutely gorgeous and kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms so I could understand exactly was going on. I’m happy to report that Logan is now home and recovering well.

Cannot thank Dr Nick & all the nurses & staff for the outstanding care they’ve given my little French Bulldog Billy. They went above and beyond to ensure our puppy came home & we are forever grateful for the on going care & service they continue to provide him/us. 10/10

On Easter Sunday my cat ate something toxic and after calling the emergency vet clinic, they advised us to bring her straight in. We were informed initially of the price of a consultation as it was a public holiday, this created stress amongst an already stressful and upsetting situation. However when we arrived the team were incredibly proactive and before I even sat down they had taken my cat straight in to be assessed, despite how busy they were. After assessing her they informed us of her condition and sent us home with some signs and symptoms to observe in the event she deteriorated. In the end we were not charged at all for the consultation which would have cost us minimum $307 as quoted. I am so grateful for how proactive and informative the team were this night. I 100% recommend their service.
