Customer service at front counter was absolutely PATHETIC. Very bad attitude from salesman. Ended up leaving without everything I needed and driving 10 mins down the road to a different supplier.

I have order a single small piece of flashing in March, a week after I found it had been done in a wrong side (required colour had been folded into wrong side), then they said to me it would be sent back and for rectified. Then I followed up with them, and be told for ready for pick up this Saturday, however I had a very unpleasant experience with them because to they haven’t done anything for more than a three months. They said they can’t find the original sketch for color be picked up on witchside. It was there problem if they lost the original sketch . I am very disappointed with that place
